Custom 10-18 Ram HD Alpharex Taillights

Pre-built 2010-2018 Ram HD Alpharex taillights. These are the most sophisticated taillights for these trucks, with a startup sequence and sequential turn signals. These taillights will be paint matched to your trucks color. The LED diffusers come smoked from factory, however they will be painted with a 1/8" strip for light to go through. We also offer a matching 3rd brake light as well as custom decals (We'll reach out to discuss options for these).

For 2013-2020 Ram HDs with factory LED tail lights, you will need converters from Alpharex for installation.
